摘要
根据虹桥综合交通枢纽工程钢桥面铺装的技术要求,对国产高粘度改性沥青进行了沥青性能和混合料性能的评价试验,并与某进口高粘度改性沥青进行了对比。试验结果表明:国产高粘度改性沥青与进口高粘度改性沥青的性能相当,两种沥青均符合工程的技术要求,并具有优异的路用性能。此外,测试了不同温度条件下国产高粘度改性沥青的粘度,试验结果表明在高温条件下,该沥青的粘度与普通的改性沥青差异很小,其混合料生产和施工温度可参考普通的改性沥青的相关规定执行。
According to the technique requirements for steel deck pavement of Hongqiao transportation hub project, the performance evaluation experiments of asphalt binder&asphalt mixes comprising of domestic high viscosity modified asphalt have been done. Moreover, a comparison is made with one import high viscosity modified asphalt. The results have shown that properties of binder or mixes of domestic high viscosity modified asphalt are equal to import one, both asphalts can meet the technique requirements of the project and are able to performance well on the road. In addition, the viscosity of domestic high viscosity modified asphalt at different temperature has been tested. The results have shown that there are only small variation in viscosity between the high viscosity and ordinary modified asphalt at high temperature level. Thus the requirements of mixing and paving of high viscosity modified asphalt can take the specification of the ordinary modified asphalt as reference.
