摘要
通过有限元软件ANSYS分析了带撑拉杆的熨平板在振动装置和振捣装置共同作用下的结构动力学响应。仿真结果表明,熨平板垂向撑拉杆能够有效提高熨平板垂向刚度,当改变撑拉杆作用位置后,熨平板垂向变形减小,横向振幅变得均匀。
The structural dynamic response of paving screed with pull and push rods is analyzed by the FEA software ANSYS, which works under the loads of vibrator and tamper. The simulation result indicates that thevertical pull and push rods can improve the rigidity of paving screed effectively. When the installation locations of pull and push rods are changed, the vertical deformation of paving screed reduces, and lateral amplitudedistribution becomes more uniform.
