摘要
目的:通过对中药外治法治疗骨折的作用机理和近年来的临床应用的概述,进而对中药外治法治疗骨折的研究方面存在的问题进行一些探讨与展望。方法:应用计算机检索PubMed(1991/2010)和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI:1991/2010),按纳入和排除标准,对文献进行筛选和质量评价。从中药外治法治疗骨折的作用机理、特点及优势出发,总结近年来中药外治法应用于骨折的各种治疗措施,探讨中药外治法治疗骨折的发展趋势。结果:中药外治法治疗骨折,药物不经门、肝系统,避免肝脏的首过效应;可使药物的有效成分迅速通过毛孔、皮肤吸收进入人体内,达到治疗目的;而且廉便效验,易于被患者所接受。结论:中药外治法治疗骨折疗效显著,使用方便,但药物剂型陈旧等一系列问题有待于进一步研究解决。
Objective：To discuss the principle and clinical application of external treatment with Chinese traditional medicine on fracture,to explore the problems and prospects of external therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on fracture.Methods：The databases of Medline and Chinese CNKI were retrieved using computer from 1991 and 2010,and the literature was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.From the mechanism,characteristics and advantages of external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine on fracture,to sum up in recent years,a variety of external treatment measures with traditional Chinese medicine on fracture,to explore the fracture trends of external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine on fracture.Results：External treatment with traditional Chinese medicine on fractures,drug without a door Liver System,to avoid the liver first-pass effect,enable the active ingredients of drugs across pores,skin rapidly and absorbed into the human body for therapeutic purposes ;inexpensive,facilitate and easy to be accepted by patients.Conclusion：External treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect for fractures,and is easy to use,but a series of problems such as old drug dosage forms need to further explore.
