光固化粘接技术托槽粘接临床观察

摘要 目的观察光固化粘接剂粘接托槽的临床使用效果。方法选择30名患者,进行为期12个月的临床观察。234个托槽用光固化粘接剂粘接,233个托槽用化学固化粘接剂粘接。计算托槽脱落率。结果光固化粘接剂粘接的托槽脱落率为5.13%;化学固化粘接剂粘接的托槽脱落率为4.72%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光固化粘接技术简化了临床操作,有利于托槽的准确放置,与化学固化粘接剂的粘接强度相似。
