高效、耐氯循环水阻垢缓蚀剂的研制

摘要 火力发电厂是工业用水大户,随着生产的发展,可提供淡水量日趋紧张,提高循环水的重复使用率刻不容缓。本文研制了一种适用于铜管的高效、耐氯循环水阻垢缓蚀剂。经静态阻垢实验、缓腐蚀评定、耐氯实验,结果表明该配方的阻垢缓蚀性能均优越于比对产品。 Power plant enjoys the high consumption of water in industry.Along with the development of production,the available fresh water is limited and it is necessary to improve the recycling of CTW.The essay make a research and development of high efficient and chlorine tolerance CTW scale and corrosion inhibitor fit for copper tube.With the static scale inhibition experiment,evaluation of corrosion inhibition and chlorine tolerant experiment,the research shows that the performance of scale and corrosion inhibition of the formula described in the essay is more superior than comparison product.
