大型转炉炼钢小渣量快速脱磷的生产实践

摘要 主要介绍了安钢第二炼轧厂150 t转炉在冶炼过程中实施小渣量操作的生产实践。吨钢石灰加入量由45~60 kg/t降低至30~45kg/t,渣料消耗由88~103 kg/t降低至76~91 kg/t,炉渣碱度降至2.4~3.4,终渣氧化铁含量控制在14%~18%,通过调整枪位和含铁原料而不影响除磷效果。实践表明,小渣量操作具有化渣良好、喷溅少、渣料消耗较低且不影响除磷效果的特点。 Operation with small quantity of slag was carried out in 150t converter in No.2 steelmaking and rolling plant of Anyang steel.The results showed that the lime consumption was reduced from 45~60kg/t to 30~45kg/t,the slag consumption was reduced from 88~103kg/t to 76~91kg/t,the slag basicity was reduced to 2.4~3.4,and the iron oxide in final slag was controlled at 14%~18%.The lance position and the iron-containing material were adjusted without affecting the effectiveness of dephosphorization.The production practice showed that the operation with small quantity of slag has the characteristics of good slag melting effectiveness,less splash,low consumption and without affecting the effectives of dephosphorization.
