摘要
以CaO-MgO-SiO2-B2O(3CMSB)玻璃为烧结助剂,低温烧结制备了BaZrO3微波介质陶瓷,研究了CMSB加入量对BaZrO3陶瓷的烧结温度、结构及性能的影响。结果表明,CMSB的加入大幅度降低了BaZrO3陶瓷的烧结温度,当CMSB质量分数为33%时,所制陶瓷烧结温度降低到910℃,瓷体致密,密度为4.32g/cm3。1MHz频率下,Q值达4000,该陶瓷已用于批量生产高Q值的微波陶瓷电容器。
Using CaO-MgO-SiO2-B2O3 (CMSB) glass as sintering aid, BaZrO3 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by low temperature sintering. The effects of CMSB addition amount on sintering temperature, microstructure and properties of BaZrO3 ceramic were studied. The results indicate that the sintering temperature of BaZrO3 ceramic is decreased greatly owing to the addition of CMSB glass. When the mass fraction of CMSB addition is 33%, the sintering temperature of the prepared ceramic decreases to 910 ℃ , and the ceramic is very dense with the density of 4.32 g/cm3. Under the condition of 1 MHz frequency, the Q value attains to 4 000. This ceramic is used for the mass production of microwave ceramic capacitors with high Q value.
