摘要
探讨中暑发生的病理过程中热应激蛋白70(HSP70)水平及其抗体滴度水平的变化和相互关系。应用WesternBlot法测定血浆HSP70水平;应用免包被的酶联免疫吸附分析法经倍比稀释测定血浆HSP70抗体滴度。采用t检验及χ2检验分析中暑各组病例的测定结果。HSP70在是暑组为4211.2±1286.2;在轻症中暑组为4550.1±1838.1;在重症中暑组为4137.8±1207.5,与正常对照组的6043.5±1354.8比较,各组均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。HSP70抗体水平在中暑病人1:10以上阳性者为54.1%(40/74),正常对照组的为26.7%(8/34),两者比较差异极为显著(P<0.01);而各中暑组、正常对照组中HSP70抗体阳性病例的平均HSP70水平与各组的总病例比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在热应激状态下,HSP70表达水平不能正常上调,对诱发体温调节功能紊乱、导致中暑发生发挥重要作用,而HSP70自身抗体的产生对HSP70生理作用的发挥可产生明显不利的影响。
The article is to study the
relationship and level changes of HSP70 and HSP70-Ab titer in heat apoplexy.HSP70 level was
performed by Western Blot,while HSP70-Ab titer was determined by uncoated enzyme linked
immunosorbent assay.The results were statistically analysed by t-test and 2-test.The results
showed that HSP70 levels were seperately 4211.21286.2,4550.11838.1 and 4137.81207.5 in
heat apoplexy,slight heat apoplexy and serious heat apoplexy groups, which were signifcantly
lower than that (6043.51354.8) of control group(P<0.01).The HSP70-Ab positive rate was
51.1%(40/74,titer over 1:10)in the heat apoplexy group,26.7%(8/34) in the control group,and
there was signifcant difference (P<0.01) between both groups.There was no difference of HSP70
between all the patients and HSP70-Ab positive patients in the each group(P>0.05).These
results indicaterd that under the heat stress condition,the reduction of HSP70 expression is an
important factor to the disorder of body regulation function and the occurr ce of heat apoplexy,
while the production of HSP70-Ab will interference the physiological action of HSP70.
