摘要
生产性服务业的发展,对于产业结构调整,对于低碳城市化的进程产生积极的推动作用。要积极探索高度城市化地区和服务业集聚区的低碳发展模式。在全球经济复苏缓慢的背景下,应从低碳经济入手推动生产性服务业的发展,寻找和培育新的经济增长点。调整产业结构与"低碳城市"的要求基本一致,迅速发展的生产性服务业在中国低碳城市化进程中的作用举足轻重。
Low-carbon upgrading of Industry technology,low-carbon services have a positive impact on the urbanization.The Government during the policy-making process should actively explore low-carbon development mode in the highly urbanized areas and service area.In the global financial crisis intensified and economic growth slow down,from low-carbon economy to promote the development of green services,as a means to stimulate the economy in crisis,looking for new economic growth point in the development of ＂low-carbon city＂ also consistent with the requirements of the industrial structure,＂low-carbon city＂ plays an important role in the process of urbanization in China,.
