摘要
首先对国内外加工贸易价值链提升研究现状进行了评述,然后以我国各省市高新技术产品2002—2007年的加工贸易数据为基础,建立面板数据计量模型,对我国高新技术型加工贸易价值链提升决定因素进行了广义矩估计(GMM)回归分析。结果表明,对我国高新技术型加工贸易价值链提升发挥了显著推动作用的因素是制造业基础和人力资本,研发投入尚未发挥其应有的作用。最后,总结并提出了促进我国高新技术型加工贸易价值链提升的对策。
This paper first comments on the up-to-date study on value chain upgrading of processing trade.Then it uses trade data of 16 hi-tech products under HS classification from 2002 to 2007 to conduct a GMM regression analysis.The result shows that the value chain upgrading of China's hi-tech intensive processing trade has been significantly driven by factors of manufacture base and human capital,whereas RD expenditure hasn’t played its due role.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
