巯基联苯胺型螯合树脂的制备及其吸附性能

摘要 以环硫氯丙烷分别与联苯胺、邻联甲苯胺和联大茴香胺进行缩聚反应,合成出3种巯基型含硫、氮的螯合树脂,对其进行了元素分析I、R表征;对金属离子的吸附性能的研究表明:3种树脂对Ag+均有很好的吸附,对Hg2+有少量的吸附,对其它重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Cr3+几乎不吸附,其中以联苯胺巯基型树脂对Ag+的吸附性能最好,吸附量最高达到9.13 mmol/g。 Three chelating resins containing mercaptan as the functional group were synthesized by the reactions of chloromethyl thiirane with benzidine,o-tolidine,o-dianisidine,respectively.The structures of obtained compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR.The adsorption capacities of the three resins for metal ions were investigated.The results show that these resins possesses the good adsorption ability for Ag+.The maximum adsorption capacity for Ag+ is 9.13 mmol/g.The resins had poor adsorption for the other metal ions such as Cu2+,Hg2+,Pb2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Cr3+.
