摘要
以环氧树脂作为基体,将预浸料连续碳纤维带制成有局部叠层和无叠层的敏感层。将其敷设于构件表面,采用轴向拉伸循环的加载方式研究了2种敏感层的电阻随载荷变化的响应。实验结果表明,树脂基连续碳纤维预浸料智能材料具有稳定的力阻效应,2种敏感层的传感灵敏度分别是2.95和2.13。初步分析了这种结果产生的原因。
This paper deals with two different kinds of sensitive layers,which are continuous carbon fiber epoxy-matrix prepreg with local overlap and non-overlap.The sensitive layer was fabricated and stuck on the surface of bars,and the strain sensing of the two kinds of sensitive layers were detected in the cyclic uniaxial tension experiments.The experimental results reveal that these two kinds of strain-sensitive composites have stable strain sensitivity.The gauge factors are about 2.95 and 2.13 respectively.The mechanism of strain sensing of the above smart layers is analyzed preliminarily.
