摘要
为探讨成型因素对陶瓷基复合材料性能的影响,以Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷基复合材料为研究对象,选用煤油、水玻璃、NA3种成型剂,在不同成型压力下以干压法成型,并在还原气氛下常温烧结制备一系列试样。通过试样力学性能、TG-DTA、SEM等,分析了成型因素对陶瓷基复合材料性能影响。试验结果表明:当压力为360 MPa时,Al2O3-ZrO2陶瓷具有较佳的力学性能;3种成型剂中以NA的效果较佳,煤油次之,水玻璃最差。
In order to discuss the effect of forming factors for the ceramic matrix composites,a series of samples were prepared by choosing kerosene,soluble glass and NA as plasticizers,in different forming pressure for the Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramic matrix composites.We analyzed the effect of forming factors for the ceramic matrix composites via the mechanical properties、TG-DTA and SEM of samples.The result indicates that when the forming pressure is 360 MPa,the Al2O3-ZrO2 ceramic has the best properties relatively;the performance of these three plasticizers:NAkerosenesoluble glass.
