摘要 基于知识创造理论与复杂适应系统理论,剖析医院知识共享的机制;并结合医院管理存在问题,提出医院知识共享的协同管理模式。以促进医院知识共享,提高医院医疗服务水平,实现医院竞争力的提升。 Based on knowledge creation theory and complex adaptive system theory, the article researched on the knowledge sharing mechanism of hospital and suggested the synergy managerial mode in order to improve knowledge sharing and service of hospital.
