摘要
分析回转支承制造企业对计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)软件的功能需求,在此基础上利用Visual Basic 6.0软件的ActiveX Automation技术开发一种高效实用的回转支承CAPP软件。介绍其总体功能框架,并讨论软件实现的关键技术,包括通用工艺规程模型、软件开发统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)活动图设计和工艺参数信息的检索与提取方法。最后,给出该回转支承CAPP软件的应用实例,应用实例表明,所生成的工艺路线合理,工艺图表格式统一、规范。
Based on analysis of the functional requirements of Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP)software in slewing rings enterprises,developed a practical slewing rings CAPP software by using Visual Basic 6.0 ActiveX technology,and introduced its general functional framework.Some key technologies,including the general process planning model,UML activity diagram of CAPP software and process parameters information extraction and retrieval method,etc.Finally,an application example of slewing rings CAPP software was given,which has reasonable process route and unified process chart.
