摘要
冲击式水轮机转轮整体设计制造方法是冲击式水轮机转轮设计制造的重要发展方向。介绍转轮整体设计的技术特点,包括机械设计及三维模型设计,并进行了冲击式水轮机转轮整体数控加工的工艺试验研究。
Overall design and integrated manufacturing for runner of pelton turbine is major develop tendency.The technical methods of overall design are discussed,including mechanical design and three-dimensional model design for runner.And the technical difficulty of integrated manufacturing is introduced,that include special machine tool design,clamp and tool＇s system design,and so on.
