摘要
提出一组表征脉冲特征的脉冲净面积变量揭示单个桥臂的脉冲本质,由此建立了级联H桥型变流器的调制方法模型,对模型中影响级联H桥型变流器运行特性的因素进行了分析。通过改变左、右桥臂脉冲净面积的大小和相位,在减少系统开关次数、降低开关损耗的同时,消除了所有开关频率奇数倍的谐波,并消除了大量偶数倍开关频率的谐波。实验结果表明,提出的模型可准确反映调制方法的特性,相关的调制方法优化策略可显著降低系统开关频率和开关损耗,并提高了变流器的输出波形质量。该方法正确、可行。
A group of PNA(Pulse Net Area) variables is proposed to indicate the pulse essence of single bridge, based on which the modulation method model of cascaded H:bridge converters is established and the influencing factors on their operation characteristics are analyzed. By changing the PNA size and phase of left and right arms,the switching amount and switching loss are reduced,and all odd multiple and most even multiple harmonics of switching frequency are eliminated. Experimental results show that,the proposed model reflects the characteristics of the modulation method accurately,and the corresponding optimization strategy reduces the switching frequency and switching loss significantly and improves the quality of converter output voltage. The method is correct and feasible.
