摘要
结合Braden计分表与解放军第九七医院护理的实际情况,设计了褥疮评估单,并把该评估单与HIS相结合,充分利用现有医疗信息,把病人发生褥疮的危险因素做定性、定量的综合分析。实现基于HIS的褥疮评分系统。使用该系统能够使褥疮的预防工作数据化,科学化。
Combining Braden score sheet and the actual situation of our hospital, a bedsore evaluation sheet is designed. Through combining the evaluation sheet and HIS, making full use of current medical information, make a qualitative and quantitative analysis for the risk factors of patients＇ bedsore. This is based on HIS bedsore scoring system. By making use of this system, data and science can be fully used in the preventive works of bedsore.
