摘要
目的采用角膜激光共焦显微镜对活体曲霉菌性角膜溃疡及培养菌落进行观察,比较并总结其特点。方法34例(34只眼)角膜溃疡刮片、培养确诊曲霉菌属患者的角膜溃疡灶和培养菌落涂片进行激光角膜共焦显微镜检查,研究其图像特点,并进行对比。结果活体曲霉菌性角膜溃疡灶中的菌丝、孢子和培养涂片的曲霉菌菌丝、孢子在角膜激光共焦显微镜上的图像基本一致。结论角膜激光显微镜检查活体曲霉菌性角膜溃疡的菌丝、孢子与涂片培养的效果基本一致,在曲霉菌性角膜溃疡的研究和临床诊断方面是十分有用的工具。
Objective To study the cellular morphology of Aspergillus corneal ulcer and culture colony smears by laser confocal microscopy in vivo. Methods Thirty-four cases of Aspergillus corneal ulcer and culture colony smears were examined by laser confocal microscopy in vivo. Images were recorded by continuously focusing on the optical section through the corneal ulcer. The images were analyzed visually for morphology and compared with each other using Heidelberg Tomograph Ⅱ Cornea Module. Results The cellular morphology of hyphae and spores with laser confocal microscopy in Aspergillus corneal ulcer were basically the same as that with culture colony smears. Conclusions The diagnostic results of laser confocal miscrocopy in Aspergillus corneal ulcer in vivo are basically the same as that of culture colony smears. The laser confocal miscrocopy in vivo are useful in therapeutic and diagnostic studies of Aspergillus corneal ulcer.
