摘要
目的探讨雌激素对大鼠海马区β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的清除作用。方法给去卵巢(OVX)大鼠海马内注射Aβ1~42,连续2次测定海马中Aβ1~42阳性神经元的数量,观察Aβ在海马中的沉积情况。结果 45d时注射Aβ的非OVX大鼠海马区Aβ阳性神经元比OVX大鼠明显减少,而未注射Aβ的OVX大鼠海马区Aβ阳性神经元比注射Aβ的OVX大鼠明显减少,60d时各组大鼠相应比较结果同前;60d时注射Aβ的非OVX大鼠海马区Aβ阳性神经元较45d时明显减少,注射Aβ的OVX大鼠海马区Aβ阳性神经元60d与45d比较无明显变化;未注射Aβ的OVX大鼠海马区的Aβ阳性神经元比正常对照组明显增多。结论雌激素水平下降可使Aβ在大鼠大脑海马区沉积增加,雌激素可清除大鼠海马区过量的Aβ。
Objective To discuss the eliminating effect of estrogen on β amyloid protein of rat hippocampus.Methods Aβ1~42 was injected into hippocampus of ovariectomied rats,then the positive nerve cells amount of the hippocampus were detected and the aggradation of Aβ was observed.Results On the 45 days,Aβ positive neurons in non-OVX rat hippocampus was less than that of OVX rat,while Aβ positive neurons in without Aβ injection in OVX rat were less than that with Aβ injection in OVX rat.On the 60 days,the result was the same as 45 days,and on the 60 days,the Aβ positive neurons in non-OVX rat were less than those of 45 days.There was no obvious difference between 45 and 60 days on Aβ positive neurons in with Aβinjection OVX rat,and Aβ positive neurons in without Aβinjection OVX rat was higher than those of normal group.Conclusions There are important relation between the decrease of estrogen and AD.Estrogen may eliminate the β-amyloid protein in the rat hippocampus.
