摘要
目的纤维桩因其优良的力学和美学性能逐渐广泛应用,如何获得良好的固位是提高其修复成功率的差键之一。文中探讨表面不同喷砂条件处理对纤维桩固位力的影响。方法选择35根玻璃纤维桩随机分5组,对照组不喷砂,其余4组分别用不同粒度A l2O3及压力组合的喷砂条件对纤维桩表面进行喷砂粗化处理,测粗糙度及对比喷砂前后直径变化;将35颗完整离体单根管下颌第一前磨牙行根管治疗后,用复合树脂将各组纤维桩黏结于根管内,薄片推出实验测试其固位力。结果 70μm/0.2MPa组纤维桩固位力最大,对照组纤维桩固位力最小,组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),各组纤维桩固位力较对照组均有所提高(P<0.05)。结论对纤维桩表面进行喷砂处理,可有效提高固位力。
Objective The prefabricated fiber post and core systems have been widely accepted as a treatment option offering both esthetics and function.One of the keys to success is to improve the adhesion between fiber posts and resin cements.This study was to evaluate the influence of different surface sandblastings on the bond strength of a resin composite to glass-fiber posts.Methods Thirty-five glass-fiber posts were equally randomized into a control and 4 experimental groups,the former left untreated,while the latter 4 pretreated by surface sandblasting under the conditions of different Al2O3 particle sizes and air pressure.Changes in the surface roughness and diameter of these posts were measured.Thirty-five extracted intact lower first premolars were endodontically treated and prepared for post cementation.The fiber posts were applied into the root canals and bonded with composite resin,and then the retention force of each post calculated by slab Push Out Test.Results Compared with the control group,all the experimental groups showed remarkable increases in the retention force(P0.05),maximal in the 70 μm/0.2 MPa group and minimal in the control,with statistically significant differences among the five groups(P0.05).Conclusion Surface sandblasting to the glass fiber post can effectively improve its retention.
