生物黏附性阴道片的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 生物黏附性阴道片是一种新型的阴道给药方式。该制剂可长时间黏附于阴道黏膜表面,连续释药。局部给药后可促进药物在给药部位的吸收,避免肝首过作用和胃肠道的影响,提高生物利用度。随着新的生物黏附材料的不断开发应用,黏附材料稳定性和生物相溶性的不断提高,越来越多的局部使用药物被制备成生物黏附性阴道片。对近年来国内外生物黏附性阴道片的研究进展做相关阐述。
