摘要
合理地设计了汽车排气系统橡胶吊耳的布置,利用正交设计法研究对橡胶吊耳的性能进行了优化设计。确定了排气系统各橡胶吊耳的动刚度,平衡了橡胶吊耳的隔振性和耐久性,有效降低了排气系统对车内振动噪声的影响。
The positions of the rubber isolators used in motor exhaust system were determined.The performance of rubber isolators was optimized by means of orthogonal method.The results show that the dynamic stiffness of them may be determined,a balance between their isolation vibration performance and durability is given.Acoustic noise and vibration from exhaust system to the body of motors can be reduced effectively.
