摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定火麻仁油中大麻二酚、大麻酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚的含量。方法:采用KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液(73∶27),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长220nm,柱温35℃。结果:大麻二酚、大麻酚和Δ9-四氢大麻酚浓度分别在0.125~1.25μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),0.735~7.35μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),3.75~37.5μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=9)分别为97.2%,98.0%,96.1%。结论:本法准确、快速,灵敏度高,可用于火麻仁油质量控制。
Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of cannabidiol,cannabinol and Δ9-tetrehydrocannabinol in hemp seed oil. Methods:A Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution(73:27)was adopted.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the UV detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results:The calibration curve of cannabidiol,cannabinol and Δ9-tetrehydrocannabinol was linear in the ranges of 0.125-1.25 μg·mL-1(r=0.9996),0.735-7.35 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)and 3.75-37.5 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997),respectively.The average recoveries(n=9)of cannabidiol,cannabinol and Δ9-tetrehydrocannabinol were 97.2%,98.0% and 96.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid and is suitable for the quality control of hemp seed oil.
