摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析的方法,从多个角度对上海设立国际体育仲裁分部的必要性和可行性进行分析和论证,并对可能存在的问题进行探讨,从而为日益增多的体育争议寻求解决之道。
By the methods of literature study and logic analysis,the paper anlyzes the necessity and feasibility of setting up a branch of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Shanghai and discusses the possible existing problems so as to seek the means of resolution for the growing sport disputes.
