摘要
以对苯二甲酸和氯化亚砜为原料,以吡啶为催化剂,超声辐射合成对苯二甲酰氯。得出合成对苯二甲酰氯的最佳条件:对苯二甲酸用量0.1 mol时,在超声功率250 W下,氯化亚砜40 mL,温度80℃,时间3 h,产品收率最高可达92%。用熔点仪、红外光谱,核磁共振谱及元素分析对产物进行了表征。
Terephthaloyl chloride was synthesized by reaction of terephthalic acid with thionyl chloride under ultrasonic irradiation using pyridine as catalyst. The optimum conditions for synthesis of terephthalyol chloride were as follows: the dosage of terephthalic acid 0.1 mole,irradiation power 250 W, volume of thionyl chloride 40 mL,reaction temperature 80℃ ,reaction time 3 hours. The product yield was up to 92% under the above conditions. The product was characterized by melting point apparatus, IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.
