中国花生蛋白质含量空间分布预测初探 被引量:6

摘要 根据光、温、水、土与花生品质表现的耦合性,选择影响花生蛋白质含量的9个生态因子,建立花生蛋白质含量空间预测模型,并利用该模型预测我国花生蛋白质含量的空间分布状况。预测结果表明,花生蛋白质含量从北至南呈增高趋势,高含量区域主要分布在长江中下游以南,最低值为13.3%,出现在吉林省;最高值为32.9%,出现在台湾省;平均值为26.9%。该预测结果对花生生产及育种部门有针对性的提高花生蛋白质品质,开展品质育种工作,建立花生专用生产基地、优化区域生产布局具有指导性的意义。 Peanut quality is influenced by light,temperature,water and soil,etc..Spatial prediction model for peanut protein content is established based on 9 ecological factors influencing protein content.The spatial distribution of peanut protein content in China is predicted by using this model.The results showed that peanut protein content increases gradually from north to south,and the regions with high-content are mainly distributed in south to the middle-lower valley of the Yangtze River.The minimum value is 13.3% in Jilin Province,the maximum value is 32.9% in Taiwan Province,and the average value is 26.9%.The above prediction results are of guiding significance for peanut production and breeding departments to improve peanut protein quality,carry out quality breeding work and establish special peanut producing base and optimize regional production distribution.
