摘要
介绍在智能机器人研究中占有重要地位的光纤接近觉传感技术的国内外动态,指出其发展仍以强度调制光纤传感机理为主,其研究重点为传感器性能中传感功能集成(位姿型)、测量范围和动态性能的提高。
The paper discusses the international condition of optical fiber proximity sensing technology that is very important in intelligent robot.The development trend is mostly based on intensity modulation principle,and mainly to study the integration of distance and orientation sensing functions,the improvement of measure range and dynamic performance,the increasing of robustness and sensing information fusing.
