摘要
目的建立乳康口服液中碘化钾的含量测定方法。方法采用双波长等吸收分光光度法,在(225±1)nm和(279±1)nm波长处分别测定碘化钾吸光度以供差值计算碘化钾的含量,消除制剂中附加剂的干扰。结果碘化钾在3~9μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.42%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于乳康口服液的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of potassium iodide in Rukang oral solution.Methods The dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of potassium iodide and to eliminate the impact of additives at the wavelength (225±1) nm and(279±1) nm.Results Potassium iodide presented a good linear relation within the range of 3-9 μg/ml (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.1% with RSD=0.42%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable so that it could be applied to detrmine the content of Rukang oral solution.
