摘要
"台湾议题"是中美关系解冻系列谈判中的核心议题之一,在沟通渠道的开启、基辛格秘密访华、中国的联合国代表权问题、尼克松访华、起草《上海公报》等诸多事件中,都贯穿于双边谈判的始末。双方在台湾议题上有分歧与差异,但双方既不在原则上让步,又形成"暂时便利"的双赢,从而最终促成《上海公报》的发表。
Taiwan Question was one of core topics in the Sino-US leaders ＇ talks for rapproachement. It ran through the whole process from the opening of communication channel, to Henry Kissinger＇ s secret visit to China, China＇ s UN representation, Nixon＇ s visit to China and to the drafting of the Shanghai Communiqu6. The two sides had disputes and differences over the Taiwan Question, but the two sides, while not making any concessions in matters of principle, were able to strike a win-win ＂temporary accommodation,＂ which ultimately led to the issuance of the ＂Shanghai Communique. ＂
