摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定罐装食品中双酚A的方法。方法:样品经去脂去蛋白后,用乙腈提取样品中双酚A,上NH2固相萃取柱净化后HPLC测定,色谱条件是:Global chromatography C18色谱柱,乙腈+0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,荧光检测器,激发波长:228 nm;发射波长:310 nm。结果:饮料和肉罐头的加标回收率分别为85.1%~105.0%,肉罐头样品为81.2%~93.9%;相对标准偏差分别为3.1%、4.9%,检出限为1.2μg/L。结论:该方法简便快速、灵敏准确,适用于罐装食品中双酚A残留量的检测。
Objective:To set up the analysis methods of Bisphenol A residue in Canned food by HPLC.Methods: Bisphenol A in sample was extracted by acetonitrile after fat and protein were took out,chromatogram conditions were folowing: Global chromatography C18 column,mixture of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate was used as the mobile phase under fluorescence detector with excitation and emission wavelengths of 228 nm and 310 nm,espectively.Results: The recoveries were 85.1%~105.0% for canned drink and 81.2%~93.9% for canned meat,relative standard deviations were 3.1% and 4.9 %(n=5) respectively and detection limit was 1.2 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and suitable for determination of canned foods.
