摘要
目的:了解周口市蔬菜中22种农药残留量状况。方法:2009年对市区各大农贸市场和超市进行随机抽样调查,采用气相色谱法对蔬菜中22种农药残留量进行测定。结果:采集样品486份,检出农药残留64份,检出率13.2%,超标7份,超标率1.44%,超标农药分别为氧化乐果、毒死蜱、三唑酮、三唑磷、甲氰菊酯。结论:周口市蔬菜中农药超标情况不严重,但是高毒农药残留比较多,需要采取措施来控制高毒农药在蔬菜中的残留。
Objective：To understand the status of 22 pesticide residues in vegetables of Zhoukou city.Methods： Random sampling investigation was carried out on the large farm produce market and supermarket in the city of Zhoukou.The 22 pesticide residues in vegetables was determined by gas chromatography.Results： 486 samples were collected.64 samples had detectable pesticide residues and detection rate was 13.2%.7 samples were superstandard and the over standard rate was 1.44%.The superstandard pesticide were omethoate,chlorpyrifos,triadimefon,triazophos and fenpropathrin respectively.Conclusion： The situation of pesticide residues in Zhoukou city was not serious.But the high-toxic pesticide residues were more than others and need to take measures to control.
