摘要
目的:探讨角色扮演式教学在糖尿病护理教学中的作用。方法:将2007-2008年120名高级护理毕业班实习学生随机分成2组,每组60人,一组给予常规带教,另一组给予角色扮演式教学,教学完毕后考察两组学生面对糖尿病患者的实际工作能力,考察内容包括:专业知识的掌握和运用情况,收集资料是否全面,制定护理计划是否正确,能否进行有效的护患沟通等几个方面。结果:角色扮演组学生学习效果明显优于常规教学组。结论:角色扮演式教学在糖尿病护理教学中作用显著,有必要推广。
Objective:To investigate the function of role-play in the nursing course on diabetes.Methods:Totally 120 intern nurses of academic nursing school from 2007 to 2008 were randomly divided into two groups with each group of 60.One group was provided regular teaching with the educator demonstrating the skills at the patients' bedside,the other being provided role-play with the educator delivering the nursing knowledge of diabetes.Both groups of students were evaluated by their actual abilities on DM education,which included the mastery of specialized knowledge of DM,the all-round data collecting,the ability of making nursing care plan and effectively communicating with nurses and patients after two different methods.Results:The learning result of the role-play group was better than the regular teaching group.Conclusion:The notability teaching effect on the role-play group could be worthy to be widely applied in the nursing course on diabetes.
