重症监护病房鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 分析重症监护病房分离的鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药情况, 指导临床医师合理用药.方法 对南通市第一人民医院2009年1月~12月重症监护病房不同患者的各类标本中分离的72株鲍氏不动杆菌进行耐药性分析.结果 鲍氏不动杆菌对14种常用抗菌药物的体外活性,耐药率最高的为复方新诺明(90.3%);其次分别为氨曲南(88.9%)、哌拉西林(86.1%)、头孢哌酮(81.49%)、左氧氟沙星(79.2%)、环丙沙星(73.6%)、庆大霉素(73.6%)、头孢他啶(70.8%)、头孢吡肟(65.3%)、妥布霉素(58.3%)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(41.7%)、亚胺培南(37.5 %);耐药率低于30%仅为阿米卡星(20.8%)和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(26.4%).结论 鲍氏不动杆菌对抗菌药物呈现多重耐药性,耐药现象非常严重,仅阿米卡星和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率低于30%,应引起临床医师高度重视,合理用药,同时严防其在重症监护病房的暴发流行.
