摘要 本文建立气相色谱-质谱法测定制药废水中金刚烷及其衍生物的分析方法。金刚烷、金刚烷胺和溴代金刚烷三种成分在0.1~10.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,样品加标回收率在89.3%~98.2%之间,结果令人满意。 A method was developed to determine adamantane and its derivations in waste water by gas chroma- tography-mass spectrometry. The developed method was found to yield a linear calibration curve in the concentra- tion range from 0.1-10.0 μg/mL. The recoveries were satisfactory and in the range of 89.3%-98.2%.
