摘要 本文研究了不同基因型不同播期玉米单倍体的自然加倍效果,旨在为单倍体育种提供理论指导。结果表明:不同基因型单倍体自然散粉率差异很大;单倍体的自然散粉率为6.56%-65.33%;夏播自然散粉率比春播高3.77%,自交结实率为6.23%-9.39%,单倍体自交结实率夏播比春播高2.37%;夏播有利于单倍体自然散粉及自交结实。 The natural doubled effect of maize haploid in different sowing was studied in this research, as the purpose to provide theoretical direction for the haploid breeding. The results showed that there was big difference with different genotype of haploid in natural pollinating rate. The average natural pollinating rate of haploid was 6.56%~65.33%. The natural pollinating rate in summer sowing was 3.77% higher than in spring sowing,self-fertility rate was 6.23%~9.39%, and the self-fertility rate of haploid in summer sowing was 2.37% higher than spring sowing. Summer sowing was better for the natural pollen dispenser and self-fertility.
