摘要
以2种矮丛蓝莓的幼叶为外植体,进行愈伤组织形成及分化的研究。结果表明,在WPM培养基中附加不同种类、浓度的激素,2种蓝莓均能产生愈伤组织并分化出不定芽;在1/2MS+IBA培养基中添加活性炭时,生根效果最好。对于2个品种而言,叶片基部均是适宜诱导愈伤组织的部位。
Taking the tender leaves of two species of V. angustifoliums as explants , this paper studies the formation and differentation of their callus. Accoring to the results, it is proved that both of the tender leaves can induce callus and adventitious bud when WPM medium is supplemented with different kinds and concentrations of the hormone, and the best rooting effect apperas in the 1/2MS+IBA medium supplemented with active carbon (AC); for the two species, the leaf base are the suitable position for callus induction.
