摘要
介绍了温度场和热弹性力学的有限元理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对主轴鼓进行了热-结构耦合分析,得出了主轴鼓的三维温度场分布和整体热变形量,对计算结果进行分析阐述,为机床的热误差补偿提供了依据。
Finite element theory of the temperature field and thermal elasticity is introduced.Finite element analyzing software ANSYS is used to analysis the thermal deformation of the spindle drum,three-dimensional temperature field and thermal deformation of the spindle drum are obtained.The calculation results are discussed and summarized,which provides reference for the thermal error compensation of the machine.
