摘要
结合能量转换理论对多步弯曲成形的卷圆件进行设计,应用ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元数值模拟研究。以射频(RF)连接器中的端子件为例,应力能量特征变化曲线,分析每步成形后的尺寸及回弹,并对整形工序作研究,以控制合口间隙。指导精密级进模设计,提高端子件成形精度。
The multi-stage circle-curling forming of precision progressive die was investigated.Combining with numerical simulation used ABAQUS and energy transformation,taking terminator part of RF connector as an example,analyzing forming dimension and springback.Reshaping technology was designed and simulated for controlling the joint gap,guiding the design of precision progressive die and improving forming precision of terminator.
