摘要
与常用的油淬相比,渗碳后的合金钢齿轮采用硝盐浴淬火无油烟,齿轮的淬火畸变小,生产成本低,而且齿轮的淬火组织和力学性能均能达到要求。调节硝盐浴中的含水量可在一定程度上调节其冷却能力,从而更有效地控制合金钢渗碳齿轮的淬火质量。
Quenching of carburized gears of alloy steels in melted nitrate will produce no lampblack,reduce both distortion of gears and production cost and obtain microstructure and mechanical properties required for gears as compared with oil quenching in common use.In addition,the cooling power of nitrate bath can be adjusted to some degree through controlling its water content,thus more effectively controlling quenching quality of carburized gears.
