摘要
文章阐述了国外关于水力资源开发利用程度的表述方式,分析了目前我国常用的水力资源开发利用程度表述方式的优缺点,提出我国水电开发利用程度的表述方式,即以发电量为分子,以理论蕴藏量为分母进行计算。同时,因目前水电开发惯用表述习惯等因素,在未来一段时间内仍以技术可开发年电量为分母对水力资源开发利用程度进行表示为宜。
The paper describes the foreign representation ways of the hydropower resources exploitation degree, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common representation ways in China, puts forward the way in China is to take the generated energy as the numerator and the theory potentiality as the denominator. It is better to use the technique exploitable annual electric quantity as the denominator in a future time.
