催化动力学光度法测定紫菜中的微量铁 被引量:2

摘要 在稀硫酸介质中,微量铁对溴酸钾氧化甲基红褪色具有明显的催化作用,据此探索了测定微量铁的催化反应条件,建立了催化光度法测定微量铁的方法。催化动力学光度法测定紫菜中的微量铁具有操作简便、快速、灵敏等优点。该方法的线性范围为30~42μg.mL-1,检出限为0.4354μg.mL-1,回收率为98.3%~102.2%。运用于测定紫菜中微量铁,结果满意。 The trace ions are able to catalyze the discoloring reaction of methyl red oxidized by potassium bromate in the solution of dilute H2SO4,whereby a catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron was proposed.A few reaction conditions were investigated to explore their effects on the reaction result.With the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity,this method is suitable for the analysis of trace iron.The linear range of the determination was 30.00~42.00μg·mL-1 with the detection limit being 0.4354μg·mL-1 and the recovery rate being 98.3%~102.2%.We applied this method to the determination of the trace iron in laver and the analytical indexes were acceptable.
