超敏C-反应蛋白在急性心肌梗死中的意义 被引量:4

摘要 冠心病与炎症的关系日益受到重视,尤其是反映急性炎症反应的血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平在急性缺血和心肌梗死患者中明显升高.超敏C-反应蛋白浓度增高的程度可相应反映冠状动脉病变的严重程度[1].C-反应蛋白既是炎症的一种敏感指标,又可预示动脉粥样硬化病变严重程度,对判断冠心病预后有重要意义.本次研究通过测定急性心肌梗死后超敏C-反应蛋白水平,观察其与急性心肌梗死后心脏恶性事件发生的关系.现报道如下.
