摘要
目的了解药物相关性免疫性溶血性贫血。方法对2000～2009年本市各医院送到本站的3例药物致自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者进行分析研究。结果 3例患者经停用相应药物,激素治疗和输入配合性血液后病情好转出院。结论药物致自身免疫性溶血性愈后良好,但应与其他自身免疫性溶血性贫血区别。
Objective To understand the relation ship of immune hemolytic anemia and drug.Methods From 2000 to 2009,3 cases of patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia caused by drug were analyzed.Results After stopping the use of the drug,three patients were treated with hormone and transfused blood,and then they were discharged out of the hospital fully recovered.Conclusion The patients with autoimmune hemolytic caused by drug can heal well,but it should be distingguished from other kinds of autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
