胱抑素C与其他内源性标志物在肾功能损害中的相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的比较在不同期肾功能损害时胱抑素C(CysC)与其他内源性标志物的变化情况,评价其在肾功能损害时的应用价值以及与肾小球滤过率(GFR)的相关性。方法选择不同程度肾功能损害患者128例,健康体检者40例(对照组),测定CysC、肌酐(Scr)、尿素(Urea)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)血清浓度并进行分析比较。结果在GFR正常(≥90mL/min)但已有肾损害时,CysC、Urea、β2-MG与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),而Scr差异无统计学意义,CysC与GFR有高度负相关,相关系数(r)为-0.858,且优于Scr、Urea、β2-MG。结论 CysC与Scr、Urea、β2-MG相比是一种更为敏感反映肾小球滤过功能较为理想的指标,对早期诊断肾小球滤过功能损害具有重要价值。
