摘要
文章选用高密度(5.05g/cm3)精制铁矿粉做加重剂,调整其粒度分布,优化干灰组分比例,确定最优水灰比,通过多种水泥外加剂优化组合来调整高密度水泥浆性能,实现了水泥浆流变性、稳定性和抗压强度三者相协调。研制出密度2.10~2.40g/cm3的高密度水泥浆体系,水泥浆API失水量小50ml;流变性好;稳定性高;SPN值小于3,有较好的防气窜性能;稠化时间可调;水泥石早期强度高大于14MPa。高密度水泥浆体系在龙岗61井的高压天然气井中应用,一次性成功封固0~4065m的井段,并取得良好封固质量。
High density(5.05g/cm3)purified iron-ore powder has been selected as the weighting agent in this paper.Thus the grain-size distribution has been adjusted,ash component proportion and ratio of water to cement have been optimized.Properties of the high density cement slurry were adjusted by optimal combination of additives.The resulted cement slurry has balanced rheological properties,stability and compressive strength.The density of slurry can be between 2.10g/cm3 to 2.40g/cm3,API filtration loss of the slurry is less than 50ml,the rheological properties and the stability are good,and SPN value is below 3,be good for channeling prevention,the thickening time is also adjustable,early compressive strength is more than 14MPa.The application of this high density cement slurry in the high-pressure gas wells Longgang 61 has sealed the section 0 ~4065m successfully in one job,the cementing quality is rather good.
