摘要
通过热力学计算,分析了采用FeC l2强化分离浸锌渣中金属元素的可能性,并利用热重分析仪研究了FeC l2.4H2O对浸锌渣的氯化焙烧反应性的影响。结果表明:在浸锌渣中加入FeC l2.4H2O可以促进金属氧化物和Fe2O3的选择性分离,其分离效果与FeC l2.4H2O和碳的添加量有关。随着FeC l2.4H2O含量的增加,总失重率增大,反应失重率提高。当FeC l2.4H2O添加量为50%时,总失重率由10.25%提高到46.07%,1 000℃时反应失重率达到11.01%。当FeC l2.4H2O添加量加至80%时,反应失重率达到17.02%。另外,碳可以促进氯化反应的进行,随着配碳量的增多,总失重率减小,反应失重率却有提高。
Analysis on possibility of separating metal elements in zinc-leaching residues strengthened by FeCl2 was conducted on the basis of thermodynamic calculation.The effects of FeCl2·4H2O on chloridizing roasting reactivity of zinc-leaching residues were investigated by TGA.The results showed that adding FeCl2·4H2O into zinc-leaching residues can improve the selective separation of metal oxides and Fe2O3 and the separation effect has relation to the addition amount of FeCl2·4H2O and carbon.Both the total weight loss and reaction weight loss increased with the increase of the content of FeCl2·4H2O.When the addition amount of FeCl2·4H2O was 50%,the total weight loss increased from 10.25% to 46.07% and the reaction weight loss reached 11.01% at 1000 ℃.When the addition amount of FeCl2·4H2O added to 80%,the reaction weight loss reached 17.02%.In addition,carbon can promote chlorination.With the increase of carbon content,the total weight loss decreased while the reaction weight loss increased.
