急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素、超敏C-反应蛋白和血脂变化的关系 被引量:5

Relationship of serum adiponectin,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood-fat in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的血清脂联素、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血脂变化,分析其相关性。方法检测64例ACI患者(ACI组)、20例健康体检者(对照组)的血清脂联素、hs-CRP及血脂,并对三者进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,ACI组血清脂联素、HDL-C降低,hs-CRP、TG升高(P均<0.01)。相关分析显示,脂联素水平与hs-CRP、LDL-C呈负相关(r分别为-0.358、-0.281,P<0.01或<0.05),与HDL-C呈正相关(r=0.286,P<0.05);hs-CRP与LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.356,P<0.01)。结论 ACI患者血清脂联素降低、hs-CRP升高、血脂异常,三者相互影响,在ACI发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the serum level of adiponectin,high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and blood-fat in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and analyzed their correlation.Methods Serum concentration of adiponectin,hs-CRP and blood-fat were measured in 64 patients with ACI(ACI group) and 20 healthy subjects(control group),and correlation analysis was done between them.Result When compared to control group,serum concentration of adiponectin and HDL-C decreased,hs-CRP and TG decreased in ACI group(all P0.01).Correlation analysis showed that serum concentration of adiponectin were negatively correlated with hs-CRP and LDL-C(r=-0.358,P0.01;r=0.281,P0.05),while positively correlated with HDL-C(r=0.286,P0.05).hs-CRP was positively correlated with LDL-C(r=0.356,P0.01).Conclusion In patients with ACI,the serum levels of adiponectin were decreased,hs-CRP increased,blood fat disorderd.Adiponectin,hs-CRP and blood-fat may influence each other and play an important role in the occurrence and development of ACI.
