摘要
通过对不同汽车外覆盖件车门的对比,分析了多种车门外板冲压工艺方案的成形特点、设计思路,并针对不同制件的结构,介绍了各关键控制环节的注意事项和一般处理方案,对汽车车门冲压工艺设计有一定的借鉴作用。
Through comparison on different vehicle outer-door Panels, the forming characteristic and design idea of various stamping processes were investigated. Then some key points for different types of structure were presented.
