摘要
磺酸基团对盐不敏感,具有较好的抗温抗盐能力,尤其是抗高价金属离子的能力。因此,磺酸盐类共聚物成为近几十年来人们研究的热点。以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MA)为单体,水作溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,次亚磷酸钠为链转移剂,确定了最佳的合成条件,合成的SSS/AMPS/AA/MA四元共聚物对碳酸钙垢、硫酸钙垢、磷酸钙垢表现出较好的阻垢性能,同时具有良好的分散氧化铁的能力和较强的稳定锌离子的能力。
With ammonium persulfate as initiator and sodium hypophosphite as chain transfer agent,the quadripolymer SSS/AMPS/AA/MA was polymerized in aqueous solution,with styrene sulfonate(SSS),2-acrylamido-2-Methyl propyl sulfonic acid(AMPS),acrylic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MA) as monomer.Its preparation procedures are optimized.Static scale inhibition test results of SSS-AMPS-AA-MA copolymer show that the copolymer has good scale inhibition on calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate.It also shows that SSS-AMPS-AA-MA copolymer on the dispersion of iron oxide has a good ability,Especially the capable of stabilizing zinc ions.
